A revival of what we already know . . .

It is within this light that we form ideas by which we pursue our magic and make it realized.“

-Audre Lorde, Quality of Light

The healing of our wounds results in transformation, and transformation results in the healing of our wounds.

- Gloria E. Anzaldúa, Light in the Dark

A space to nurture our dreams and longings as we meet internal and external challenge.

Self-Revelatory Practice

Self-Revelatory practice cultivates embodied awareness and connection to inner wisdom through felt-sense experiencing. In this practice, we come to know ourselves beyond the controlled ways we seek to be known. We recover and reclaim parts of ourselves for an integrated sense of aliveness that reveals new capacities and ways forward.‍ ‍

Self-Revelatory practice supports us in seasons of change: transformation, transition, and endings. We can begin to shine light on where we are constrained by internalized narratives that served to keep us safe yet no longer align with our desires. These internalized narratives impact how we relate to ourselves and others in the midst of change. Through, Self-Revelatory practice we identify sources that regenerate our sense of safety by offering a compassionate space to explore freer expressions of ourselves.

>>>

Self-Revelatory practice was dreamed of with visionary leaders in mind, particularly those that see themselves as world-builders, way-makers, culture workers, and other seers/messengers. Self-Revelatory practice is also created for other healers, as well as anyone seeking to explore more liberated life-ways in their everyday.
