we offer facilitation in a variety of contexts. our transformative facilitation approach was created to cultivate genuine trust and care. we are most often engaged for long-term facilitation support of executive leadership teams, program cohorts, communities of practice, and retreats.
ground/illuminate
we offer single-session support for leaders in moments of tension and thresholds. our sense-making sessions are for individual leaders who are carrying more than they can name. we will create a container to support you in grounding and gaining perspective, while guiding a process to uncover existing wisdom and generate insight. this is a confidential space to illuminate clarity in the midst of uncertainty.
